We cannot figure how it appened. I know that the user uses trash and that uses the empty trash folder link (in trash folder view) I know that the user has virtual inbox enabled. The bug [#5202] match the case very well, but i'm using horde 3.1.7 and imp 4.1.6! It is possible that the user made some other shortcut that deleted inbox? If yes, which is this shortcut? But no, there is not a single click or key that could purge the complete INBOX with at least a follow up click or a confirmation question.
