Actually no tags in the latest revision show up anymore. Take http://cvs.horde.org/browsefile.php/framework/Scheduler/Attic/Scheduler.php?sa=1 as an example where revision 1.23.10.9 should contain all tags after HORDE_3_2_RC1.

It's pretty hard to reliably locate the revision of a branch point at the moment, so this should be fixed.

How much of an issue is this? This is a duplicate of ~~#3704~~, and I'd just decided to drop that one.

If there is a branch tag on a file, but no changes have been committed to that branch yet, the tag doesn't appear in the revision's tags list.
