   <description>My users complain that when they compose an email and then attempt to attach files that in total exceed the php setting post_max_size limitation, their message blanks and all is lost. This was previously reported in bug #1947 a few years ago, and I&#039;m hoping that there can be some sort of warning about the problem and more importantly that the text of the message is not lost.
