Hello,

in this Version the Fetch Mail Function with an IMAP-Server (I tried different Servers) and selected option &quot;Get only new Messages&quot; doesn&#039;t work.

It receives all Messages everytime - so there&#039;s no difference between receiving with POP3 or IMAP.

Best reguards

   <description>Yes, I think so.

I activated the option &quot;Get only new Messages&quot; (link in the attached screenshot).

And eyerytime I fetch the mails, I have each message one more time in my Inbox.

Here is one more Attachment, you can see my Inbox with each Message several times.

The settings are like in the attachment from my last post.

Thanks!

   <description>

But if I delete fetched Mails, why do I have the option to &quot;get only new messages&quot;???

All &quot;old&quot; messages will be deleted.

This works also with POP. Wehen I delete fetched mails, then I only can get new messages.

Then you can delete the first two options (get only new messages AND mark as read) they will have no function any more.

</title>
   <description>I will try to explain how I understand this &quot;feature (bug)&quot;

I fetch mails from a remote mail-server -&gt; remote mailbox.

I will have all mails in my Horde webmail, so I configure to fetch my POP3 or IMAP accounts.

But if you woun&#039;t delete the mails from the remote-server, you will have a great feature in Horde, that will &quot;remember&quot; which mails you already have in your webmail. But this feature will only work with an IMAP-remote-server.

So you select the option &quot;get only new messages (IMAP only)&quot; and when you fetch the mails, Horde will check if a mail already exists in your Horde-account and if it isn&#039;t so the mail will be imported to your Horde-account.

Thats how I understand this option.

Otherwise this option will make no sence. If I&#039;m wrong, please explain me your opinion what it will do.

Tanks a lot!!</description>

Why do I need Support?

I feel confident, that this is a Bug!

If you don&#039;t think so, please argue why you don&#039;t think so!

Thanks!
