In version 4.1.6 the hacku published at http://wiki.horde.org/ImpAutomaticDefaultFolderCreation to create a default folders run ok, but when update the whole horde system and IMP to 4.2 the mentioned hack not work any more. It is very usesful for me, because it is used for create bahesian spamassassin folders.
