When assigning people responsible for a new queue, I select them from the dropdown and then when saved, my email is repeated once for each assignment. A screen shot is at http://encontacto.net/SHARE/TicketAssignment.png I use ldap for user and auth but all is well on those fronts. I had this before but lost my patience with it and just quit using whups. This time I'm going to take it to the end even though I have a hard time believing it myself. Thanks,

Sorry, I'm not sure if I should close this one. In the meantime, to try and narrow down the problem, I have erased the installed framework in pear and in the cvs co, all the whups tables, and the whups co and have done new checkouts of all, reconfigured whups, and reinstalled the new framework just to eliminate anything stale. The problem still persists. I am now going to do the same with horde and turba, especially hooks to try and find any old configurations that are causing the problem. I am going to use this ticket to keep a registry of what I have done and for any suggestions that anyone might have. To make very long and unproductive story as short as possible, I will not include all the history but the most recent discovery. I am still suffering with this and after starting with all new - database, programs, configuration - it was ok for a bit but is doing it again. I'm convenced that the problem isn' t whups but somewhere else. I am now thinking it has to do with turba and my ldap configuration. The email will obviously be sent to cmorando@casasponti.net. I logged in as cmorando@casasponti.net aftering giving admin permisions to this user. I then assigned the "cambio" queue to aodria@casasponti.net and got the following messege from whups: Se ha añadido a aodria@casasponti.net a los encargados de "cambio" .................................... ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ Notifications will obviously be sent to cmorando@casasponti.net rather that aodria@casasponti.net as desired. Now to find where the userid or mail address is being added dynamically.
