This requires configuration of a cache driver in Horde", and the variable $conf[mlistcache][use_mlistcache] has a description of "Should we cache the mailbox message lists? This requires configuration of a Horde_Cache driver in Horde". If the first variable does in fact refer to Horde_Cache then it should use a consistent format and actually say "Horde_Cache driver in Horde".
