On Sync-mailinglist Jan Schneider requests to change the iCalendar.php to version 1.129 - which solves the problem. (Had 1.131 on my system originally from CSV-Snapshot HEAD 2008-03-30) (look @ mailinglist on 2008-02-09 to 2008-02-14)

I had the same problem with a blackberry. Probably connected to Bug #6541 and Bug #6539. Can you check if the two patches given there fix your problem? Both patches should match version 1.131 of iCalendar.php.

With CVS-Snapshot 2008-04-05 the entries are synched, apart from the issue addressed in Bug #6572

That doesn't make much sense to me, because the only change that I made in CVS to fix this bug should also fix bug #6572. It actually should rather fix that bug than this one.

I'm not shure if the problem in Bug #6572 was with the snapshot I reported this bug too.

The original snapshot sync'd no Umlauts at all and with Gunnars patches I can't remember if the folding (Bug #6572) was correct or not.

The behaviour in Bug #6572 is definitly there - but I'm not shure if it has anything to do with this bug.

So I suggest to close this one as resolved and see Bug #6572 as something completely different...
