On Sync-mailinglist Jan Schneider requests to change the iCalendar.php to version 1.129 - which solves the problem. It actually should rather fix that bug than this one. The original snapshot sync'd no Umlauts at all and with Gunnars patches I can't remember if the folding (Bug #6572) was correct or not. The behaviour in Bug #6572 is definitly there - but I'm not shure if it has anything to do with this bug.
