If no address book search sources are set in the preferences (search_sources), use all available address books for searching the addresses and for looking up free/busy. If you think this patch is ok, it might also be interresting for imp (did not have a look at the imp code, but I know I had to configure the address books there, too). If you are interrested, I could change the patch and make it a config option.
