ö for example results in Ã¶ when viewed in the calendar.



I&#039;m using a mysql 5.0.54 and php 5.2.6_rc1.

The sql tables uses utf8_general_ci collation. 

$conf[sql][charset] is also set to utf8_general_ci.

The data looks fine in the db. phpmyadmin displays the åäö correctly in the events.
