Is it possible to add a config option to Turba for every *directory*
that prevents it from either being browsed (though allows search) and
visa versa?
Currently we have an ldap directory of 50000 users and we just cant
have users 'browsing' it due to the costs on the server.
This also goes for exporting the directory to file - we cant allow
users to export the directory for the above reasons.
