You have to download the > file as well as running the install-packages update. after I downloaded and installed the latest head I then went into the HORDE directory and ran: cvs co framework cd framework php -q install-packages.php It ran through successfully. It looks like that link you posted is the exact same framework that I got with the cvs checkout. After this I completely rebooted the web server and upon looking at messages the yellow box remains.
