You need to update the framework libraries. That's different from the
Horde snapshot.
The problem was because my Horde was from an earlier version it was 
referencing /usr/local/www/horde/lib/Horde for these components 
instead if the pear path...  Oopse but everything is working now.

Was it fixed in this releasse?

If so I am still experiencing the error.  Is there a setting that I am 
missing?

You need to update your Horde Framework install.

As of 8/22/2007's nightly snapshot I am still receiving this error:



Nonexistant class "Horde_Form_Type_sound" for field type "sound"

Confirmed. Looks like we just need to do a Horde_Form version of the 
sound chooser I added to the prefs system.

When I login as admin and click at the "Alarms" item from the 
"Administration" menu I get a fatal error:
