Very likely you have something like mod_security installed which is 
improperly flagging the request. There's basically no way this can be 
something IMP is doing; other apache bits have to be interfering.

Whenever I'm trying to add multiple e-mail address using the comma I'm

Could you please help me out knowing how to resolve the issue. I'm the 
system administrator for the hosting support team 
http://www.webserve.ca so I have full access over the server (Linux).
