If I create a user on the kolab server and this user logs in

If I create a user on the kolab server and this user logs in for the first time, the sitebar will call the listAlarms() function. This call will fail and I assume this happens because the corresponding calendar folder has not yet been setup. I attached a patch that will return an empty list of events if _kolab is not defined.
