When I tried to search a ticket by "summary like" It differred Upper/Lower case words. It needs to find in any case. I think. Quando tentei procurar um ticket pelo "summary like" ele diferenciou palavras maiúsculas e minúsculas. A pesquisa de ser feita independente disso. Eu acho.
