I'm not happy about the Image renderer needing to know this detail, but I don't see a better way at the moment. Committed, thanks.

Previous patch failed to conform to coding conventions; I believe this one does.

Previews don't currently show images, since the real pagename is obscured when loading the preview page. Attaching a patch to the Image renderer which checks to see if the page being loaded is the EditPage; if so, images are retrieved as attachments to the referer rather than the current page. This allows images to appear in previews.
