Fri, 10 Apr 2026 12:09:55 +0000 https://bugs.horde.org/ticket/1952 Need greater flexibility in displaying event time slots For day and week views, the current code displays an event starting closest to either the nearest floored hour or half hour (depending if the 'half' preference is set). We'd like the ability to show events starting at their actual time. Example would be that our therapists schedule time in blocks of 15 minutes. So at a bare minimum, we need to be able to display a day view that shows that an appointment from 7:00AM - 7:15AM is different from an appointment from 7:15AM - 7:30AM (with 'half' set, they both would show as starting at 7AM, unless you hovered over them to get the actual start time). Ideally, there would be a preference for setting the granularity of display of events on your calendars, ranging from 1-60 minutes (i.e. show time in N minute blocks). Currently N can either be 30 or 60 only, we need 15, but I see benefit to allowing N to be 1, 5, 10, 15, 20, 30, or 60. So thats why I suggested the increments that I did. That should accomodate just about everyone - unless someone schedules 7 minutes blocks of time, in which case an arbitrary value would be needed.
