The problem is that when i try to import to other program the report (such as excel, acces, open office, etc) the columns dont match because in the rows i have 2 or more owners for a ticket, as the owners are separated by "," the sistem sees this as another field. I think it would be a good idea to use ";" as a separator for the owners when needed. Thanks.
