smartphone/tablet/smartmobileView display, the Help does not
render/behave at all. Looking at the error console, items of
prototype.js (most notably window.Class) are not available, making the
Help useless.
It is still OK that a separate window opens, as long as it is usable
on a smartphone. See attached image for an example with Trean.
