Spam protection/Enter the letters below not shown in monospace font

When submitting text at https://bugs.horde.org/ticket/create.php there is a quiz Spam protection/Enter the letters below, but in Epiphany 3.28.3.1 these are not shown in mono-space font, so it is not possible to guess them. I have to copy them in a mono-spaced enviroment in order to see what is displayed.

If this is the case, then Epiphany is badly broken, because
