color on the server is changed, kronotlith shall be able retrieve the
new one.
When the dav:displayname on the server is changed, kronotlith shall be
able to adopt it as 'calendar name'.
And vise versa: when the name or colour of a calendar are changed in
Kronolith, this shall be updated on the server.
