Most likely a client error in requesting a collection during PING before it has issued a SYNC. Wed, 30 Mar 2016 08:49:43 +0000 https://bugs.horde.org/ticket/14306#t90237 This error happens when a client issues a PING request for a folder/collection (which monitors for changes) before it has successfully paired that collection with the server (with a SYNC request). A number of clients do this, and the error typically resolves after the SYNC request for that collection completes. Your log shows that this is happening for the Contacts collections, so I'm not sure why this is preventing you from sending email. Exactly what happens when you try to send it?
