This makes the reply function nearly useless or at least it works unexpected ways, usually the user might want to quote something from the original decypted message. Message should first be decrypted and then copied to the compose reply message window. Because we don't use the same code to display messages (MIME_Viewer) when we quote messages (code in IMP_Compose). There is no easy, backward compatible way to use the MIME_Viewer code.
