Activesync: folders created from the device should always be added to the list of folders to synchronise

I was going crazy, seeing my tasks folders disappear as soon as they were created on the device even though they had successfully appeared in Horde, until I remembered about a setting which let us choose the folders we want to synchronise with the device. Folders added from the device should always be included in the list of synchronised folders. A private folder can always be created in the phone perimeter.
