Include FBURL in vCard export

When choosing a contact a "own contact" one can attach this

When choosing a contact a "own contact" one can attach this contact information to new mail as vCard. This vCard does not include Free/Busy URL stored in the contact because this attribute is missing in turba/lib/Driver.php. According to RFC 2739 and http://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc6350#section-6.9.1 this should be FBURL in the vCard data.
