Horde authentication is handled by imp and works well. ActiveSync from iPad (IOS 7.03) with Exchange-driver shows the error "Accountinformationen konnten nicht überprüft werden" (Account-Informations couldn't be checked) on the iPad. Tests with tcpdump on the webmail-server shows that ther is no communication between (Horde-) webmailserver and (Dovecot-) mailserver while the attempt to connect with iPad to webmailserver. ActiveSync with the same iPad and the same configuration works well with Horde Webmail 5.0.4.
