ActiveSync: Fix reminder time for tasks

Hi, horde stores the reminder time internally in minutes.

Hi, horde stores the reminder time internally in minutes. We need to convert it for ActiveSync. Attached patch fixes the issue. Is anybody even using this stuff besides me?! :o) Thomas
