ActiveSync : Allow to definitively delete a message from the "Deleted Folder"

Use case : 1. You have a spam message in your Inbox Folder 2. You delete this message ==> the message is in the "Deleted Folder" 3. In the Deleted Folder, you select this message and tap on delete Result : the message stays in the Deleted Folder Expected : the message is definitively expunged I use iOS to do this test.
