To reproduce: go in Options for Horde, Categories and Labels; add a category containing a quote (for example "won't delete"). Then, click the trash can next the this category, you'll see that the category name in not deleted. In Firefox, it simply does nothing, in IE6, clicking the trash can shows the content of the directory "horde/services"!
