I installed a new fresh Horde Web Application 5.0.2 and ever

I installed a new fresh Horde Web Application 5.0.2 and everything goes OK , nevertheless a couple of days ago a user report that any file that he sends as attachment was corrupted, I made several test and in fact any file that was sent goes as text or corrupted. I review the horde code and see that everything goes OK until _storeAttachment Function was called, I print the value of $GLOBALS['conf']['compose']['use_vfs'] and it said 1 so I enter IMP configuration deselect the option :
Should the Horde VFS system be used for storing uploaded attachments?
under Compose tab and test again everything goes OK (one of the admins of our site turn on this option that is why the problem starts) . I am not sure if it is a bug nevertheless I prefer to submit as bug because I think this is not a normal behavior.

I use VFS (and have been for years) and everything works perfectly. So you will need to trace down exactly what the issue is on your system causing attachments to be sent incorrectly before we can provide further help.

Nevertheless I can use it without VFS and for me and my users is ok.

You have misstated what I wrote. You reported that VFS does

You have misstated what I wrote. You reported that VFS doesn't work. That is an incorrect statement (I, and a bunch of other people, use VFS without any issues so this is not the case where the base feature is broken). So you have to be more specific than "VFS doesn't work" because that doesn't allow us to be able to debug/fix anything since we can't reproduce.

If you are unwilling/unable to track this down further on your side (because you say this now works locally with a different configuration), that is fine but this ticket will be closed because it is not a bug as it currently stands.

We do hope that you are willing to trace why VFS doesn't work on your system and report back to us so we can determine if this is something that might affect the Horde/IMP code.

In fact I did not report that VFS is not working, what I report is that every single attachment that I send with VSF active is send as text. But VFS is working as far as I know. For me is ok if you decide that is not a bug and close it.

I will track what the issue is, and will report again when I know exactly what is wrong with my system, so you can evaluate if it affects Horde/IMP or not.
