Hi,

when you create a task using a Kolab backend and set an assignee,
nag will use the login name of the current user for the "smtp-address" field of the "organizer".

In my case it's just "admin". IMHO it would be better if my full, default identity e-mail address is used there.

> Since this is how we track assignees for tasks, and assignees in Nag
> are user names, not e-mail addresses, this is the expected behavior.

Though it's not the perfect behavior for the Kolab world. I've inspected how Outlook handles this internally and they also use the email address. You can go to your Outlook addressbook and select the desired assignee from there.

Assuming we would patch this to use the default identity email address on our installation,
what could possibly go wrong(tm)?

Also the attendees of a kronolith event are email addresses, too.
Wouldn't this be more consistent?

Outlook doesn't know about users or user names.

People can change email addresses.

Attendees don't need to be be users of the Horde system. Assignees do.
