Error messages like this are printed in the log every few minutes. HORDE: [timeobjects] PHP ERROR: Undefined index: params [pid 1650 on line 18 of "/usr/share/php/Horde/Core/Factory/Weather.php"] It tries to get a configuration parameter that is not set because the weather provider is not configured.

Where is this being called from? If there is no weather provider configured, we should not be calling the factory to begin with.
