Clicking a file name downloads an empty file for some file types only. Clicking the download icon correctly opens the file. PDFs seem to work OK with either link, as do jpg, but doc, xls, flv, all just open empty files with the name link but work fine with the download icon. The stream was already used earlier, when creating the Mime_Part and trying to find a MIME viewer.
