   <description>Hello,

we are using kronolith and had setted up some rights on some calendars.
The rights were processed as expected inside the webui but if we use the ical URL&#039;s inside
Thunderbird or any other client app
anybody was able to modify the calendars content.

We believe this is a bug not a feature.

None of the people here are very familar with the horde framework so fixing is not impossible for us but
would take to long time so we just report this issure and hope someone could fix this.

Thanks

<description>&gt; Are you sure you are using the Git version?

Em right it is the pear version 3.0.3 of kronolith.

But the bug seems to be more in horde code base.

I use your git repo but just the passwd app from it.

So if you say it is safe to use the hole git repo at all i will do so.

Another issure we had noticed here is that
login via the rpc.php script with a password that contains
non-ASCII characters is also not possible right now.

Login via the normal login script works fine :-)

Non-ASCII password characters are not supported. By almost any authentication backend.</description>
