What you circled on that screenshot are external calendars. They only appear in the UI if you have external sources configured. e.g., Birthdays will show if Turba is installed, and you have a birthday field configured in one of your sources.

2) The log shows two errors. One is unrelated to Horde, the other is related to other bugs that have already been fixed.</description>

I have install Horde, Turba and Kronolith from the pear.
I create a new contact with birthday in Turba.

But the Address Book (Birthdays) will not show in Kronolith.  

Where must i do this?
