I'm trying to export contacts from my horde address book but keep
getting errors.

This is the error page when I try exporting:

Not Found

The server was not able to find the document
(./horde/turba/data.php/contacts) you requested.

Please check the url and try again. You might also want to report this

error to your webhost.

webmaild/11.18.2 Server at www.courthold-family.com

Now I've contact my hosting company & they can't reproduce the problem.

The only time it works is when I use Safari 1.0.3 on the Mac.

If i use Microsoft IE:Mac 5.2 on the Mac,

or IE 6 / IE 7 / Firefox on a PC (tried on Windows 98, NT,
XP) i get this error message.

Is this a known problem & is there a fix for it?

or work around.

If this is truly RELENG_1 then this is indeed a very very very old version.

From the sounds of it, you are a user on a Horde install provided by
your web host.  There is not much we can do about this if we don't
know what version you are using and it's not reproducible by your host.

If this is truly and issue, your provider should investigate and/or
open a ticket here with all relevant information.

In either case, no, this is not a known issue in any recent version.

I'm guessing the version (looking at
http://www.horde.org/source/versions.php) but I would know which
version it is for sure. I know it was updated in jan/feb 2008 when
there was a security risk & horde was down for three/four days before
the patch was done.

If there is a way of finding out the version from my end that would be great.

I did ask my hosting company to report this bug but they said:

we were unable to re-produce the issue. So we can't post a bug report
about it. But you can post it if you want.

Michael Rubinsky <mrubinsk@horde.org> 2008-04-16 15:06:18
It's more than likely Turba 2.1.x which is the latest stable version.
Regardless, like I said it's impossible for us to do anything with
this report if it cannot be reproduced since *we* are unable to
reproduce it.  In order to be of any help to you we would need you to
do some code tracing that is impossible for you to do as a user of the
system with no access to the source code/server etc.

If anything changes, and your provider is able to reproduce this have
them open a ticket.

My hosting company has just posted this comment on my help ticket with them:

we've found similar issue here:

And updated cPanel to the latest release as suggested in that bug
thread. Please try now.

& it how works.

Thanks your help in on this issue too.
