No difference, this happens with administrators and users unprivileged 
users. In all browsers is that inconvenience. You can not add any 
event is the second cell repeatedly.

For example, a user with the problem it was the first day in 
September, in contrast to another user is the problem occurred on 
October 13th

Without more information how to reproduce this reliably or at least 
some pattern when this happens, there isn't much we can do. You have 
to track this down yourself.
If you have sufficient JavaScript knowledge, use Firebug to debug the 
buildMinical() in kronolith.js.
