If at all, this is a Turba request, not IMP. If deleting every single contact from within Turba doesn't work, we can't help you. Your ISP needs to care of that.

This is not really a bug, but my ISP uses Horde IMP for their Web e-mail interface and my address book is corrupted and I do not know how to clear it.
