Anyway, I can achieve this by setting only "Delete" permission to that 
user, so he can't read / write / modify the object. Despite of that it 
is ugly, it works :-).

This is not the way the permissions system works. You need to create a 
subgroup and exclude the users who shouldn't have permissions. 
Negative permissions are pretty  much impossible to implement sanely 
(i.e., performance goes all to hell).

I have a group with all the privileges to an object but I want some 
users from that group to have no privileges to the same object.   
Unfortunately it is not possible to add empty privileges to an user, 
because unchecking all the checkboxes causes removing that user from 
the list. It would be fine to not to remove the user with no checkbox 
checked. Removing should be done using one extra checkbox (remove).
