User error, "profile to change" drop-down was incorrectly set to "none" instead of an actual profile.

After disabling "Save sent mail?" in the options menu and confirming that $_prefs['save_sent_mail'] = array( 'value' => 0) in config.php, the "Save a copy in 'Sent' " option is still left checked by default in a new message composition window.
