Chuck, any idea how much work such a recurrence pattern would involve? 
I guess we would need to emulate that in the mcal driver with weekly 
recurrences and manually checking. Or we simply disable this pattern 
if the mcal driver is used.

Beside the "Last" recurrence this already works. Thats's what the 
"recur on the same weekday" is for.

Support a recurrance pattern that allowed people to define recurrance 
patterns such as:



First Fridays (every first friday of the month)

Third Fridays (every third friday of the month)

Last Thursdays (every last thursday of the month)

Last Saturdays (every last saturday of the month)

Second Tuesdays (you get the picture),

etc.



You can have an event recur every Thursday every four weeks, and 
attempt to approximate the concept of "Last Thursdays", but it doesn't 
actually work out.
