Please ignore this posting, I mis-read the installation documentation
and didn't checkout the framework !

I have installed the latest version of the Horde framework and IMP on
a fedora core 2 machine. I have managed to sucessfully login to horde
using cyrus-imap->openldap->pam as authentication route. However, the
"Welcome, <user>"
doesn't appear to include an Administration menu or an icon/link for
configuration page.
Extract from horde install documentation, section 3...
"You can now enter Horde with your browser without logging in as an
administrator. Click on Configuration in the Administration menu and
configure Horde."
