This is fixed now. The fix doesn't look quite as elegant as what was there before, but at least it'w working.

I define some search critera, click on submit. A new item appears in my quicksearch list. If I come back and click on one of the quicksearch items, nothing in the form that is displayed reflects critera from the quicksearch. I'm presented with a search form that has only default values.
