If using newer OpenLDAP servers, then using some objectclasses demands 
that some attributet (like sn) are set. The ldapmodule should check 
for these attributes and add some text there so that it is possible to 
add a user w/o having all the info (f.x. when this is used to add 
adresses from imp).
