Do it like we do it in other places, e.g. in the preferences. Hint: 
Prefs_UI::generateHeader().

I'm not sure, what is the right way to solve this.



I just noticed that, imp-tree and kronolith-menu blocks are shown in 
Application Configuration menu too. So my suggestion is to create new 
'status' in registry.php, like: 'status' => 'notapp'. Or even make 
'status' variable as array, like: 'status' => array('notoolbar', 
'notapp').



What's your opinion about this?
