Yup, sorry for the confusion...the file should be (and has just been) 
removed from the branch.

turba.mysql.sql does exist in FW_3, though (but not in HEAD). So 
that's out of date and we should remove it?

Turba 2.2 shouldn't *have* a turba.mysql.sql script. A seperate script 
for mysql is no longer necessary in Turba 2.2



The turba.sql script should be used for mysql.

Hello,

The turba.mysql.sql scipt included in this version doesn't contian 
object_firstname or object_lastname. It only contains object_name. The 
example for sql in sources.php points to both those missing objects.
