You can do this easily by editing api.php locally. Just change the new event link to a javascript:window.open() link. But I don't see us changing this in the main distro.

I got an email from one of my users with this suggestion. I'm not sure how I would go about implementing it, so I thought I'd pass it on to wiser heads. <quote> I really like the way you can navigate the calendar using the menu on the left hand side. Could you make it so that clicking on the "Edd Event" option pops up a new window, instead of loading the dialog into the main window? </quote>
