And it doesn't exist (anymore). I am using : Horde: 3.2-RC1 and it is there. Is there any replacement?

There is no such portal block in any branch, especially not in RELENG_3. The block name is 'Mailbox View'

When I am into imp applications String::ConvertCharset works fine, but If I use Block for displaying mailbox into Portal applications, this function don't work correctly. Please see the screenshots.
