Right after I log in, I right-click on 'Trash' and I see 'Create
SubFolder' then I right click on 'Inbox' and then right click on
'Trash Again' and the 'Create SubFolder' link is gone.

Now I right click on an ordinary folder and then right click on Trash
again and the 'Create SubFolder' link is back.
Nope.  Don't see this.  You need to debug the javascript yourself.

On my installation (and I updated to the latest snapshots two days ago).

Can't reproduce it anymore either, though I have seen this in the
past. Probably has been fixed along the way.

Michael, were you able to reproduce the click regular
folder, then trash folder behavior?
Nope.  Works fine here.

I agree about the inconsistency described. I haven't had a chance to
try this yet; Michael, were you able to reproduce the click regular
folder, then trash folder behavior?

True,

However, th behavior is inconsistent (that menu doesn't appear unless
you had right-clicked an ordinary folder first).

Also, the icon shouldn't change from the trash icon after the sub
folder has been created.

Clearly, this was not a planned "feature"

Re-looking at this, this is working as expected.  If defined as a
fixed folder, you can not rename/delete/move the folder.  But there is
no reason why you can't create a subfolder beneath Trash.

It is configured as a 'Fixed' folder but the Create SubFolder context
menu still appears.

You have to right click an ordinary folder first and then right click
the Trash folder to see the 'Create SubFolder' link.

then you need to configure your Trash folder as a "fixed folder".
There is nothing "special" about the Trash folder, so it is
appropriate to have the full contextmenu.

Sometimes the 'Create Subfolder' link appears after right clicking on

Trash. You can reproduce this by right clicking on another ordinary

folder and then right clicking on trash. (If you right click on the
Inbox before right clicking Trash, then the 'Create Subfolder' link
won't appear.

It does create the subfolder under Trash, however I don't think DIMP
should allow users create subfolders under Trash (also note that the
link does not appear consistently)
